By accessing and using LInIQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LInIQ is an AI-powered social media management platform that allows users to:

  • Create and manage brands
  • Generate content using artificial intelligence
  • Connect and manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram)
  • Schedule and publish content across platforms
  • View analytics and engagement metrics

3. User Accounts

You must register an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Social Media Integrations

When you connect third-party social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp), you authorize LInIQ to:

  • Access your account profile information
  • Publish content on your behalf
  • Read engagement metrics and analytics
  • Manage your connected pages and business accounts

You can disconnect any social media account at any time through the Settings page. Upon disconnection, we will cease using the associated access tokens.

5. Content and AI-Generated Material

Content generated through our AI tools is provided as suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication. LInIQ is not liable for any consequences arising from published content.

6. Data Handling

We store access tokens securely and use them only for the purposes you have authorized. Tokens are encrypted at rest and transmitted over secure connections (TLS/SSL). See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Prohibited Usage

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Publish spam, misleading, or harmful content
  • Attempt unauthorized access to other users' accounts
  • Circumvent any rate limits or platform policies

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all associated data, tokens, and connections will be permanently removed.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LInIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
